The new water park and bowling alley also provide something to keep the children busy and the beautiful sand dunes are well worth a visit for all the family. You can even pop over to Lanzarote on the ferry or take one of the many boat trips from the harbour.

The purpose built resort of Caleta de Fuste is set around a gently sloping beach, making it ideal for families with children. Again, all amenities are available to make your holiday or new life in the sun an enjoyable one, including a shopping mall and cinema as well as the usual bars and restaurants.

As an alternative El Cotillo located on the West coast is a pretty fishing village and is proving to be a very popular area for property purchase. If you prefer a more rural location, the villages of Villaverde, La Oliva and Lajares are most definitely areas to consider.
